On November 22, 2017, Assoc. Prof. Supatra Kosaiyakanont, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon together with Dr. Parinya Maglin, Dean of The Faculty of Business Administration and other RMUTP delegates received a very warm welcome by the UAE ambassador to Thailand, His Excellency Saif Abdullah Mohammed Al Shamsi at the UAE embassy in Bangkok.

Dr. Rattanavalee Maisak, head of the International Business Department accompanied by two lecturers of the international Business department also joined the RMUTP delegation.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss options for possible future collaborations in exchange of information, knowledge which will eventually be beneficial for businesses in the United Arab Emirates as well as for businesses in Thailand.

The creation of a knowledge hub, which promotes an understanding of the respective cultures and for the business conducts was considered. Further talks between the UAE embassy and RMUTP will follow.
