Terms & conditions<\/h1>
  1. Applicants have to be at least 18 years old<\/li>
  2. There is no right of participation. All applications will be properly examined and the most qualified applicants will be selected.<\/li>
  3. Every participant has to make sure to fulfil the immigration regulations of Thailand. I.a. Visa, vaccination, or other regulations. Please check the official information of the Thai Government. We are not responsible for any immigration matter.<\/li>
  4. Please make sure that you have a valid travel health insurance to secure medical treatment in Thailand. Carry the document permanently with you because in case of an accident there is no time to loose. Send a scan of the health insurance document to\u00a0summerschool.fwiwi@thws.de<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to proof the evidence.<\/li>
  5. Participants declare that they participate in the summerschool, incl. the trip, at their own risk. Even if the organizer makes every effort to ensure the health and safety of all participants, neither Dr. Bialek, Dr. Wehner, THWS nor BWT\/FBW e.V. can be made responsible for any consequences relating to incidents, which may occur during the summerschool.<\/li>
  6. We reserve the right to alter any detail of the programme.<\/li>
  7. Please check the personal acknowledgement of the lectures in advance. We are not responsible for individual solutions.<\/li>
  8. In case that we have to cancel the programme due to an event we have no influence on, like\u00a0Covid-19<\/b>\u00a0and it\u00b4s side effects, e.g. lockdown, the participants will be notified immediately and and we will return the fees in full or partly if necessary payments have already been made.<\/li>
  9. We reserve the right to expel any student from the programme concerning the misuse of alcohol, drugs and other non-accurate behaviour without compensation.<\/li>
  10. Cancellation of participation can only be made in text form. If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the programme, 50% administrative expenses will be deducted from the course fee. If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the programme, the course participant is not entitled to any refund of the course fee.<\/li>
  11. We are not responsible for the performance of third party operators. Although they are chosen very carefully, we do not have direct control over our suppliers and their services.<\/li>
  12. In case you opt for single accommodation (instead of shared accommodation), you will be billed additional \u20ac 50,- per night.<\/li>
