On December 21, 2017, Assoc. Prof. Supatra Kosaiyakanont, the President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, warmly welcomed the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to Thailand, His Excellency Saif Abdulla Mohamed Khalfan Al Shamisi, and his delegation at Thewet campus.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss the future cooperation between the UAE embassy and RMUTP, to define mutual objectives and to establish a common work team.

The faculty of Business Administration under the guidance of its Dean, Dr. Parinya Maglin and the International Business Department under the guidance of its Head, Dr. Rattanavalee Maisak were allowed to put forward a roadmap for the targeted cooperation. This suggested roadmap was widely accepted by the UAE Ambassador and the President of RMUTP.

As a result the President of RMUTP charged the International Business Department with joining the UAE-Embassy-RMUTP task force. The IB department is deeply honored by this great opportunity to represent RMUTP in this work team and to be allowed to work together with the UAE Embassy.

In the very near future this new established, international task force will start its work. The first focus lays on promoting the EXPO 2020 in Dubai.
